Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare, package, and process your order before shipment.
Each JWPatronus bracelet is carefully prepared and presented in its own elegant jewelry box.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take a short time to update after the shipping label is created.
Estimated Delivery Times
JWPatronus ships worldwide through trusted international fulfillment and carrier partners. Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- United States: 4–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–10 business days
- Canada: 4–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, local carrier delays, holidays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also log in to review your order details and available tracking updates.

International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless collected at checkout.
Address Changes & Delivery Questions
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to request a correction, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
If your package appears delayed, is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or has been returned to sender, email us at jwpatronus@gmail.com with your order number so we can review the next steps.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Returns
If something is not quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us process your request smoothly:
- Please contact us before sending an item back.
- Return the bracelet in its original condition with its jewelry box and included accessories.
- Where permitted by law, a refund may be reduced if an item has been worn, altered, or damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Exchanges & Bracelet Sizing
If your bracelet size does not feel right, contact us at jwpatronus@gmail.com. We will help review exchange options or other available solutions.

Refunds
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Original Shipping Charges: Any original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
- Personalized or engraved items
- Items clearly marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged beyond reasonable inspection
These exclusions do not apply where an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
Natural Gemstone Variations
Because natural gemstones are unique, subtle variations in color, clarity, texture, pattern, and internal detail are normal. These natural differences are part of the character of each bracelet and are not considered defects.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Receive Instructions: Our team will confirm the correct return address and next steps for your order.
- Send Your Return: Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking information.
- Refund or Exchange Review: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the approved refund or confirm the next step for an exchange.
Please do not send an item back before contacting us first. This helps us confirm the correct return instructions and avoid delays.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will help make it right. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will help arrange the most appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
