At JW Patronus, we believe the experience of receiving your crystal is just as important as wearing it. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide for a limited time. Every bracelet is inspected, cleansed, and packed with care before it begins its journey to you.

1. Processing Time

• Order Prep: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to hand-pick and package your items.

• Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number as soon as your package ships, so you can follow its journey.

2. Estimated Delivery Times We ship globally to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

• 🇺🇸 United States: 4–12 business days

• 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 3–10 business days

• 🇨🇦 Canada: 4–12 business days

• 🇦🇺 Australia & NZ: 5–12 business days

• 🇪🇺 Europe: 3–10 business days

• Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we aim for speed, occasional delays due to customs or local carriers can happen.

3. Tracking Your Order Once shipped, you will receive a link to track your package. If you don't see any updates within 5 business days, please email us at jwpatronus@gmail.com—we will check it for you immediately.

✅ 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• It must be in the original packaging (gift box, pouch).

💰 Refund Policy (No Hidden Fees)

• Full Refund: We do not charge "restocking fees." You get back exactly what you paid for the item.

• Processing: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items To maintain hygiene and energy purity, we cannot accept returns on:

• Personalized / Engraved items.

• Items marked clearly as "Final Sale."

💎 A Note on Natural Crystals Please remember: Real gemstones are created by nature, not a machine. Small variations in color, texture, or internal "mists" are normal. These are not defects—they are the guarantee that your stone is genuine.

🔄 How to Start a Return

1. Email Us: Contact jwpatronus@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

2. Ship It Back: Our team will provide you with the correct return address.

• Please Note: Unless the item arrived damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service.

3. Get Refunded: As soon as we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund.

We've got you covered. If your package arrives damaged, or if we sent the wrong stone by mistake, please email us within 7 days with a photo. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. No need to stress—we will fix it.
