💎 The Crystals & Quality

Q: Are your crystals real and natural? A: Yes, 100%. We have a strict "No Fakes" policy. We source genuine, ethically mined gemstones from their native regions (e.g., Amethyst from Sri Lanka, Citrine from Brazil). You can feel the difference: our stones are cool to the touch and have a substantial weight. We do not use dyed glass or plastic.

Q: Will my bracelet look exactly like the photo? A: It will be very similar, but unique. Because we use natural stones, no two beads are identical. Slight variations in color patterns or natural inclusions (mist/clouds inside the stone) are normal. These are the "fingerprints" of nature and proof that your crystal is genuine.

Q: Are the silver parts real silver? A: Yes. For designs with metal accents, we use 925 Sterling Silver. It is durable, hypoallergenic, and designed to last.

📏 Sizing & Fit

Q: What size are your bracelets? A: One size fits most. Our standard size is approx. 6.5 – 7.0 inches (16.5 – 18 cm). This fits the average woman's wrist comfortably.

Q: Do the bracelets stretch? A: Yes, they are durable. We use professional-grade, high-tensile silicone elastic (often doubled for strength). They are designed to roll on and off your wrist easily without losing their shape.

✈️ Shipping to the USA & Global

Q: How long does shipping take to the USA? A: Approx. 4–12 business days. We ship from our distribution center to the US daily. While customs can sometimes cause small delays, most US customers receive their orders within 2 weeks.

Q: Do you offer tracking? A: Yes. Every single order comes with a Tracking Number. You will receive an email link as soon as your package ships so you can follow its journey.

Q: Where is JW Patronus based? A: We are a UK Brand with a Global Heart. JW Patronus is a registered company in the United Kingdom. We source globally and ship to customers all over the world, including the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia.

Q: Is the packaging suitable for gifts? A: Absolutely. Every order arrives in premium, gift-ready packaging. You do not need to wrap it yourself.

Q: Is the price included in the package? A: No. We know many orders are gifts. We do not include price tags or invoices inside the package. It is perfectly safe to ship directly to your loved one.

Q: Can I add a gift note? A: Yes! You can leave a note at checkout, or email us immediately after placing your order, and we will include your message.

Q: What is your return policy? A: 30-Day "Love It" Guarantee. If the energy isn't right, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Q: Do you charge restocking fees? A: No. We believe in fair returns. You will receive a full refund for the item price. (Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective).

Q: I received a damaged item. What should I do? A: Don't worry, we'll fix it. Please email us at jwpatronus@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo. We will send you a free replacement immediately.

Q: Do crystals really have healing powers? A: It’s about intention. While we do not make medical claims, crystals have been used for centuries across cultures for grounding, meditation, and symbolic meaning. Many of our customers use them as daily reminders (talismans) to stay calm, focused, or positive.

Q: Can I wear my bracelet in the shower? A: We recommend taking it off. To keep the elastic strong and the silver shiny, it is best to remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying heavy lotions/perfumes.
